A modern, customized production plant

Our main plant, in Terrebonne, is equipped with the most spectacular production equipment on the market. Using our five hydraulic press brakes, including 1500 and 1200 ton models, our technical team can cold bend 5" steel plates and roll pipes over 20" in diameter. The excellent ergonomic features of the fabrication area let us fabricate and handle parts of all sizes. The plant has 17 overhead cranes with a capacity of 65 metric tons.

A strategic location

The Valleyfield plant, located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River right within the Port of Valleyfield, lets Metacor International fabricate and deliver oversize parts too bulky to be transported by traditional means. This direct access to barges and ships gives us a definite competitive advantage.
